- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon soy butter (or preferred seed or nut butter)
- 1⁄3 cup gluten-free rice krispies

Instructions
- Peel banana and lay flat on a plate
- Spread soy butter all across the top and sides of the banana
- Sprinkle rice krispies on top of the soy butter covered banana
- Flip banana over and spread soy butter on to the rest of the banana, then sprinkle rice krispies on top
- Cut covered banana into 6-8 rings (depending on size of banana) and serve
