Banana Sushi
This is a fun, healthy, kid-friendly snack.

Instructions
  1. Peel banana and lay flat on a plate
  2. Spread soy butter all across the top and sides of the banana
  3. Sprinkle rice krispies on top of the soy butter covered banana
  4. Flip banana over and spread soy butter on to the rest of the banana, then sprinkle rice krispies on top
  5. Cut covered banana into 6-8 rings (depending on size of banana) and serve
