Ingredients
- 1/2 kilogram beef (sliced thin or cut into strips)
- 1/4 cup tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
- 1⁄4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (approx 1/2 a lemon)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 large onion (cut into rings)
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- marinate beef in tamari, lemon juice, salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes
- sautee / brown garlic in oil over medium heat
- add beef including marinade to oil and cook over medium heat until beef is done (approx. 5 mins)
- stir in onions and cover until onions are cooked. Be careful not to overcook the onions.
- Serve with brown rice or quinoa
