Ingredients

beef
(sliced thin or cut into strips)
1/4
cup
tamari
(gluten-free soy sauce)
1⁄4
cup
freshly squeezed lemon juice
(approx 1/2 a lemon)

cloves
garlic
(minced)

tablespoons
oil
1
large onion
(cut into rings)
salt
(to taste)
pepper
(to taste)
Instructions
marinate beef in tamari, lemon juice, salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes
sautee / brown garlic in oil over medium heat
add beef including marinade to oil and cook over medium heat until beef is done (approx. 5 mins)
stir in onions and cover until onions are cooked. Be careful not to overcook the onions.
Serve with brown rice or quinoa
