- 3 pounds boneless pork loin (or pork tenderloin)
- 1 can cranberry sauce
- 1⁄4 cup tamari (or soy sauce or worcestershire sauce)
- 1 green onion (chopped)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 bay leaf

Instructions
- Place a layer of chopped onions on the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Place pork roast in slow cooker on top of onions and season with salt and pepper. I like to poke my roast all over with a fork so that it absorbs all of the flavours.
- Combine the cranberry sauce and tamari (soy sauce) and pour over roast. Add the bay leaves.
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove roast, slice and serve with rice or potatoes.
Recipe Notes
If you wish to make a gravy, you can add a little water and cornstarch to the juices left in your slow cooker.
