Easy Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork Roast

  1. Place a layer of chopped onions on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Place pork roast in slow cooker on top of onions and season with salt and pepper. I like to poke my roast all over with a fork so that it absorbs all of the flavours.
  3. Combine the cranberry sauce and tamari (soy sauce) and pour over roast. Add the bay leaves.
  4. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Remove roast, slice and serve with rice or potatoes.
Recipe Notes

If you wish to make a gravy, you can add a little water and cornstarch to the juices left in your slow cooker.
