Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450F. Drain and rinse chickpeas and blot them with a paper towel to dry.
- Place chickpeas into a mixing bowl and toss with oil, salt and desired seasoning.
- Spread onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake in middle rack for 30-40 minutes, or until brown and crunchy.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
